In our opinion, software engineering requires an integrated understanding of the people involved, the requirements, the architecture, design and code as well as of processes and tools.

Through our continuous commitment in a number of Open Source projects, in which we co-design and take responsibility, we satisfy this demand. This supporting leg in the Open Source world brings us into contact with a huge variety of people and their software demands. It makes us more sensitized to a wide spectrum of requirements.

We consider the Open Source eco-system and particularly the one in the environment of Enterprise Java as a giant building set. Thanks to this building set, we have successfully completed many projects over the course of the years.
